 Johnson has a comprehensive professional journey spanning an impressive 27 years, marked by a wealth of experience and a profound expertise in engineering and technical training. Beginning as a technical trainee at the Federal Ministry of Works, he navigated through roles within the industrial sector, ultimately solidifying his standing as a seasoned technical trainer.
 
A distinguished graduate of the University of Lagos with a BSc (Hons), he fortified his academic foundation with additional training. Notably, he completed a comprehensive program at the Federal Ministry of Works Mechanical/Electrical Training School in Ijora, Lagos, earning the esteemed City and Guilds of London (City & Guilds, Full Technology) qualification in Mechanical Plant Technology. Expanding his credentials further, he pursued a Technical Teachers’ Certificate (TTC) in Mechanical Engineering at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Akoka, Lagos, and engaged in Project Management at the Federal University of Technology Owerri.

In the early stages of his career, he made significant contributions to the maintenance department of the Federal Ministry of Works. His pivotal roles included the design and supervision of HVAC systems, Plumbing & Piping systems, and the installation and maintenance of Valves and Pump systems.

Transitioning into the manufacturing sector, his responsibilities broadened to encompass the installation, service, and maintenance of Pneumatics systems, Hydraulic Systems, Industrial Steam Boilers, and Air-Compressor units. His diverse experience spans Oil & Gas manufacturing and government sectors, culminating in a well-rounded skill set.

Driven by a passion for knowledge dissemination, Johnson Imohimi served as a resource person for the Institute for Industrial Technology (IIT) for several years. He also held key roles, including Training Manager and Head of Technical at the Applied Engineering and Technology Initiative in Lagos. In these capacities, he superintended various facets of training and technical operations, facilitating numerous industrial visits and in-plant training sessions.
Presently, Johnson Imohimi holds the esteemed position of – Executive Director, Technical at Top-Elite Technologies Limited. In this role, he continues to bring his wealth of experience and expertise to guide the technical operations of the organization, contributing significantly to its success and growth.
 

CHUKS OSADUME

Executive Director, Operations
Chuks is a seasoned and certified Administrator, holding prestigious credentials from the Chartered Institute of Administration. His educational foundation includes a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Crown Polytechnic in Ilawe, Ado-Ekiti State, as well as a National Diploma in Accounting from the Ogun State Institute of Technology in Igbesa, Ogun State. Further solidifying his financial acumen, Chuks obtained a Professional Diploma in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management respectively.
 
With a rich tapestry of experiences, Chuks has made significant contributions across various roles. He served as a Senior Business Development Executive and Training Manager at Aril Technologies Limited, where he played a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic development initiatives and comprehensive training programs. His journey continued as a Business Development Manager at ETL Engineering Services Limited, contributing to the expansion of the company’s client base and strengthening key relationships.

Chuks further showcased his leadership capabilities as the Head of Admin and Learning & Training at Applied Engineering Technology Initiative Limited, where he oversaw administrative functions and spearheaded impactful learning and training programs. His experience extends to working as a Personal Assistant and Secretary for the Dangote Group (Cement Terminal) Wharf Apapa, demonstrating his ability to manage high-level responsibilities and ensure smooth operational workflows. Additionally, he served as an Accounts Officer for Afri-Ovis Insurance Brokers, showcasing his financial management expertise.

Currently, Chuks is an Executive Director, Operations at Top-Elite Technologies Limited, where he leverages his diverse skill set to lead the company’s operational endeavors. His role involves strategic decision-making, ensuring efficient business processes, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
